Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we are unable to accept physical returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. Your health and safety are our priority, and we cannot resell products that have left our facility.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@valopure.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your request and, if approved, issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.

What We Cannot Refund

We are unable to offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Products that have been opened and partially used (unless defective)
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel, pause, or skip your subscription at any time from your account — no commitments, no cancellation fees. Changes take effect before your next scheduled order. If your next order has already been processed, the cancellation will apply to the following cycle.
