We currently ship within the United States via USPS. Standard delivery typically arrives within 5–7 business days (free). Express delivery typically arrives within 2–4 business days ($11.00). Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Subscription orders ship automatically every 30 days at a 10% discount. You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account. There are no commitments or cancellation fees. Changes take effect before your next scheduled order. If your next order has already been processed, the cancellation will apply to the following cycle.

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by valopure, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign patent, copyright and other intellectual property laws.
